While not coming right out and saying it Apple is kinda trying to satisfy customer issues by saying, here's a free case and if that doesn't work, we will as a last resort take back the phone but we still believe there is a possibility there is no issue with the phone itself..

Just hold it differently and it will resolve the problem..

My answer to that of course is certainly in line with Apple's solution is holding the phone differently by holding a different phone altogether until the problem is corrected.

As much as the iPhone is a marvel of engineering it must be debugged for the slight issue it was bound to face, but with Apple doing a head in sand approach to customer service, it is bound to only keep it's present Snapple base and not gain new grounds until it corrects the problem..
