OK, so i have 2 yahoo mail accounts. 1 of them i rarely check, the other one i use for business. Neither of them are the "Plus" accounts, as they are free.
I have noticed over the last 8 months or so an increasing of issues, however, and am curious if anyone else knows anything about it. Often i will send an email that never is delivered, or is delivered several days later. This creates a problem as i use email to communicate time sensitive stuff. As well, missing emails that i send can cost my company several thousand dollars in missed business or late fees. I have almost gotten used to this (even though it annoys me greatly). But today was the worst. I sent an email to my boss outlining a cost on a bill that we need to get paid out. I was detailing the different payment options that we could use. But when he recieved the email, the body of the mail was not what i had typed. It was a Craigslist fraud warning notice. Yahoo sent my email but substituted the body of this craigslist notice in place of what i had typed. My two questions: 1 anyone know anything about this type of stuff? 2. if i pay for the $20 a year "plus" account, will the problem go away? Changing my email address would require me to change routing instructions for invoicing with 20 or so vendors, plus i would have to contact 100 clients with the update, as well as local city and business leaders (not to mention having to reprint all my business cards). Anyone? |

Hey! I have an Idea!!Why don't you put your "100 clients and bussiness & city leaders dependant 'skills' " to work figuring out how much you cost your company in cash for the missed bussiness hours you spend on the computer everyday wasting the work hours you claim for pay posting on this forum??? |
