Default Firefox vulnerability

To make the change recommended, you open a FF page, type in "about:config", tell it you will be careful, and then locate the string referenced.

The use of this setting is questionable. It can cause more problems then it solves. At least short term.

The problem here stems from a flaw found in the TLS/SSL protocols used by the entire internet. Any webserver you connect to with a secure connection has this flaw. The protocol can't really be patched it will have to be replaced with a new protocol. Until this is done true secure connections can't be established. If you turn on that switch you may find that you can't log into your bank or other secure site. Most of the internet has NOT yet established this setting. If you set it you may lock your self out.
