Depends on why it is turning off. If it is overheating then it may be full of dirt. Without disassembling it blowing out dirt takes some risk of driving dirt deeper into the unit. Some laptops have removable panels that expose the fans to allow for cleaning. If they don't then you need to try and blow the vents in a way that will allow dirt to be blown out of the unit.
Or it could have a failing power supply or a bad motherboard. Laptops are cheap. I wouldn't spend too much on it. |
