OK... But I can't remember. You might want to try Open Office if you don't need to run Office macros or VB scripts withing office. http://www.openoffice.org/ I use it at home & have only run into problems with Excel sheets that contain VB scripts. |

I recently purchased the upgrade Office 2007, HATE IT, they made too many changes from the 2000 version I had, I guess I should have stepped up every year and maybe it would not have been such a big change, I don't think I will ever get use to it.....I may just remove it and go back to 2000.
Made me not want to upgrade to Vista, I just purchased a new lap top and when I ordered it from Dell, I specifically asked for everything to be Windows XP compatable and NO VISTA. I have to wait 3 extra weeks for the lap top....... |

I upgraded because I was having alot of problems with Publisher I use it alot and was told that there are no more updates......naturally. So I upgraded.....
I think what pis_@%ed me off more was when I upgraded it did something to Outlook express, and I cannot spell check anymore, well I can, it does, but it uses a french dictionary......what good does that do? from the forms I have been on Microsoft is aware of the problem and they are NOT going to fix it. I think they want you to quit using Express. there is a dictionary you can download, but I could not get it to work. So most of my emails are plauged with speling erors (ha ha ). Typical Microsoft......So keep that in mind if you do upgrade and Use Outlook EXPRESS. it will delete your dictionary and there is no fix for it. |

Microsoft Office doesn't use Express. MS Outlook Express is the email client software that's included with Windows. ![]() |
