Only posting this because I'm bored and tired of hearing about the earthquake.

OKLAHOMA CITY (Reuters) - The nation's second-largest Indian tribe formally booted from membership thousands of descendants of black slaves who were brought to Oklahoma more than 170 years ago by Native American owners.

Yes they can change who they allow in but these people are descendants of the tribe as well. It's not as if they chose for their ancestors' Native American slave owners to impregnate their slaves or be impregnated by their slaves.
