Sadly, most will either a) buy the racism allegations or b) will see it as not nice or appropriate and will say nothing in defense of the First Amendment..

So thats the way I see it and its going to be extremely difficult to change it given the fact that the perpetrators of the problem are the ones that control all the mediums to change it [schools, media, politics, judicial systems etc].

Oh and the ACLU is full of shit, they could help but they generally only defend lunatics which stories will keep the ACLU in the media hence relevant. They wont defend a common sane person with a logical gripe against constitutional double standards.
