I'm guessing you didn't read the link. I'm also thinking you don't really understand what happens to things, including "nutrients" once you put them into your body. What do you think happens to the excess when you consume more of something than your body can process at one time? I wish you the best of luck with your plan but it seems to me that you could do with a little more research before undertaking such an extreme objective.
