What an odd video. If someone was walking their dog in my property I would just call the cops and press trespassing charges.

They talk trash to each other for awhile, then the old white guy pushes the biracial kid. Kid goes apeshit and nearly pushes the guy into the pond.

This is the best part of the video

Biracial kid "You betta not touch me no more, I ain't from Florida I'm from Texas!"

call the cops can sound a bit weak. This man was old-fashioned.

The old guy was making it seem like he owned half of that little pond . Idk the exact situation, but who flips someone off just for walking their dog around a pond?

@Janos - Idk, but that is a good question.

Weak or not I don't really care. I pay the police salary with my taxes so I would utilize them if I deemed fit. I have no concerns about street cred or trying to look tough or something of that nature. Specially over a teen aged kid.

I agree that flipping him off comes across as pretty lame. Still though, my mother in law has a house that sits on a small lake. In her neighborhood only about 5 or 6 of the houses have water front property. The houses are much more spread out than the ones in the video and the lake is much bigger but still. The houses that have water allow others in the neighborhood access for their canoes and fishing but if it was my property I wouldn't. People walking through my yard and making noise behind my house would annoy the shit out of me.

I imagine the neighborhood in the video might have some sort of building code that doesn't allow people to put up fences. I would fence my shit off if possible.

^ The buildings look more like apartments than houses, so I find it unlikely that the man even has a backyard. But Idk the details. In any case, if you want someone to stop doing something, you simply go up and ask them not to do whatever it is they are doing. It's not obvious that any of the land around that pond is private property, so you cannot automatically go apeshit on people when they walk through it thinking that it is public land. From the video it looks like public land.

Houses are so bland and ugly now that it is hard to tell. Could be.

I always went under the assumption that you GET respect by GIVING someone respect, at least it usually works for me.
