Question: Do you think that DR will ever adopt the Brazilian method (highly militarized police force aggressively entering into favelas to root out the usual suspects)? Or is it seen as too dangerous?

Is La Soga a good guy vigilante or simply a corrupted cop who rents himself as a hired killer for the highest bidder?

Do you foresee any Dominican version of 'Los Pepes' during the Pablo Escobar era? In other words, working 'outside' the law to put the fear of God in the ever more vicious narco terrorist?

These types of mob style violence, in which the people become judge, jury and execution tend to occur in places where either:
-Corrupt police force
-Weak or or no law enforcent.
Lawlessness tends to run rampant, and the people get sick of it. The problem is, innocents can easily pay the price.

Where do I imply killing alleged criminals via mob violence is normal and did I not describe the scene as brutal and sad?
