'White' is a hugely abstract term on it's own, let aside 'off-white'.

There is sense in first defining 'white' and 'off-white' before attempting to reach a conclusion on who can be considered such.

Anyone who isn't Southwestern European is off-white. Regardless of pigmentation, they invented that term, the rest are all late-comers and swagjackers.

Periphery White is my trademark, I came up with that term.

Though I did not come up with the term Off-White, I did come up with the dilemma many people of an Off-Whitish hue, suffer from, the so called OWD.

White is not a term I hear any Europeans except Brits use and to me they're psuedo-Europeans anyways. You look European to me. Probably someone like a castizo person would fit the off-white term more.

So you've only ever heard Brits use the term white?? LOL! Jesus. I never believed in miracles until now, but Praise the Lord! Brits are unique in their views AND pseudo-European to boot. I think the best way to define it is: darker than standard central, west, north and east Europeans, considered white by some and not by others. It is also solely based on skin colour, in this context.
