None of that matters. If blacks marry white and the vast majority of those kids marry white (which they do) then eventually you won't be able to tell who is "black" or not. It doesn't take long. A person 25% African can look purely white (although not most of the time), but another generation of mixing their kids will. You think someone 25% Nigerian or 25% Jamaican in the UK whose family has been there 2 or 3 generations is going to consider themselves non-English?? I doubt it.

Maybe disappear is strong, more like "but for recent immigrants" there will be a study absorption, which you will not see with Muslims.

I think the majority of the older Nigerian community will gradually migrate back instead of being wholly absorbed. The majority of the black population are still marrying each other which means they are 'maintaining' their numbers at the moment. There are Jamaicans that have been living in the UK for those 2 or 3 generations and they will laugh at a black person in their face if they call themselves English. 'British' is more acceptable to them, but even then most of them identify with Jamaican first, and you could even see many mixed race people calling themselves Jamaican, but there aren't much that would call themselves English, even though from the stats they are mixing in more. It's seen as 'cool' to be Jamaican (and other Caribbean nationalities) so many people will let you know they are.
