The US President Barack Obama has announced $73million (£44m) in aid for Zimbabwe. Obama was speaking at the White House in Washington, where he met Zimbabwe's Prime Minister Morgan Tsvangirai. He said he wanted to encourage the rule of law, human rights and basic health and education in Zimbabwe.
