Crennel was introduced today as the head coach of the Cleveland Browns. Crennel received a 5 year $11 million contract. Any chance he can turn this team around in the next year? In the next 5 years?

They will improve defensively and win a couple more games then last year. He's a great coach but I don't expect him to go far with that Browns team. I don't think any coach could do anything to that team to turn things round. They have too many wholes to fill. Unless they have a spendy offseason, I'm not gonna expect much from them.
