I'm looking to get in touch with my first kendo instructor, Dave Butler. He's most likely in his early-mid 50's and has been doing kendo for 15+ years at least. I met him in Moscow at the American Embassy in 1995- he may still work for the State Dept.

If anybody may know him or where he might, I'd appreciate any info.
