Hey thanks for all your responses, it is very much appreciated. I have decided to complete my B Ed - assuming I can get a start in the course through UTS in Sydney in 2005. Sending back the application forms in next few days. But I would like to keep all options open. Start my TESOL course in a couple of weeks so I will be busy for next few months in any case. Yes I have surfed through Ajarn.com Stacker. Lots of info there. Cheers. Thanks Sawatdee and Sanyawadee. You guys are so helpful. Cheers.

Have you tried the classifieds in the Bangkok Post newspaper?
http://www.bangkokpostjobs.com/ Unless you have certain skills that Thai people don't have, then you will find it difficult finding a job. |

I know it seems very off-topic but Ajarn.com has posts for IT instructors as well, it is not only used for childhood education. I don't know if the companies abuse the use, availability, and popularity of Ajarn or not, by posting such positions. But I have seen several positions for computer instruction for adults when reading for entertainment.

Hi All
Does anyone know of opportunities in Thailand, probably in BKK, to teach/train in the IT industry. Whilst I am currently looking to get a working visa to teach in the ESL market, my recent experience is in IT training - specifically in MS based desktop applications and inhouse systems training running on MS, Lotus Domino and Oracle platforms. I don't speak Thai so it would have to be in a bilingual environment. Any websites, possible companies to approach would be greatly appreciated. Cheers Steve |
