wow I must say that it was a pretty intense. I've been away from practice for about 2 months so the shinai felt strange in my hands http://www.discussworldissues.com/fo...lies/smile.gif

I noticed that here they focused alot on more on fundamentals than the shiai/jigeiko part of things but I think that's good because my basics are poor and I need to work more on them..

Which dojo are you going to?

Good luck at your new dojo and with your Kendo. Can you still practice at the more shiai-Kendo oriented dojo?
