Police came to the car park because someone heard strange sounds. They saw two guys dressed in black kimono (i'll bet they meant ninja) attacking each other with swords. A third was filming so they didn't think it was a real fight. the arrested them all.

I think that is what it says.

iI missed the last part. I think it says they took them into the police station and gave them a good talking to then let them go.

The real babel fish translation sounds a little like Yoda. BTW we have got some guys from around the Hague on this forum. Do you guys know these "car park samurai"? (I doubt it, but can't hurt to ask)

There mother probably kicked them out of the house in fear of the fact that they might cut down the lamp or cut the couch to pieces.

I'm afraid I don't know these characters and if I did, I don't suppose they would be willing to tell that they were the ones. If they were ninja's they did a bad job because they were caught and didn't disappear in a cloud of smoke.
