AJAX based web apps
 

Has anyone else been seeing a lot of extremely useful web based applications appearing out of seemingly thin air recently? This is blatant spammage but whatever,they're all free!

www.protopage.com - custom start page
www.planzo.com - online scheduling
http://www.frappr.com/ -friend mapping

and a whole bunch of other stuff I can't think of. The internet is actually becoming useful!

and microsoft is banging its head, right about now (ajax was its baby)
