Powerpoint - DiscussWorldIssues - Socio-Economic Religion and Political Uncensored Debate

Is it possible to make your own template design and use it on powerpoint? If you can, how do you go about doing that? If there is another type of presentation program that can do this much more easily, please tell me! Even better if the software is free like Open Office.

BTW: I currently run PC, but will be using mac before the end of the month.
