Ah, bored at work again...

Despite the fact that it ain't polite to speak of the dead, which people - who are no longer with us - have inspired your life and why? Are you old enough to remember them alive?

**One rule - no martial artists or family members...**

For me, I'll hit y'all with:

Bill Hicks (comedian) - just related to everything he said. A genius in Texan's clothing...

Layne Staley (singer, Alice in Chains) - great music/lyrics at a very formative time for me. Not sure about the beard though...

John Belushi (actor/comedian) - just cracked me up everytime I saw him on TV. The flame that burns twice as bright etc etc... so true for this guy.

Anyone care to add?
