small hands, thin wrists?

Simple question, I hope to be answered.
Would having small wrists and hands have an negative effect on how well you could handle a shinai?

use a lighter shinai, or one that has a smaller tsuka. then it wont be a problem. good luck,

No, but you need to have a good hands position

Your forearms will probably get bigger though, if you're a guy.

Mine have become freakishly huge. But then again, I also lift weights on the side.

Shouldn't make a huge difference, I have thin wrists and fingers (average size hands) and I never had any problems, is just your bone structure, muscle mass is a different thing.
