Sake descriptions
I came across this interesting website about sake while web browsing. It seemed fairly thorough to me. I can't vouch for its accuracy, but if others can, that would be helpful.
While I'm at it, if anyone has a good sake to recommend that is high quality low (under $50) cost and available in the U.S., I'm all ears. |
Sake recommendations are really touch and go. Everyone's favorites are different and the availability of any particular one will be sketchy. The site you linked to lists some USA premium sake choices. There is also John Gauntner's List of 100 Favorites and his available Sake Handbook.

While I'm at it, if anyone has a good sake to recommend that is high quality low (under $50) cost and available in the U.S., I'm all ears. My favorite low-cost sake is Momokawa. It really is premium sake but, since it's made in the states, there's no tariffs or shipping costs ... http://www.sakeone.com/sakeone/catal...sp?cat_id=1001
