#1. Ford Ka. I rented one when I went to Germany. No power whatsoever, but a well built car nonetheless. I rather enjoyed driving it. I give it a 7.
#4. Looks like a Citroen. I think they are built in France right? If so, 'nuff said. -1,000,000 #8. A Renault I think. French also if I'm not mistaken. -1,000,000. #9. A Peugeot. Again French. Again -1,000,000. #10. Smart car. Fits into even the smallest European parking spot. Easily drives down even the most narrow European road. I think this model is electric, so you don't have to worry about gas prices. Still, it has a driving range of about 70 - 80 miles on a charge and you can't take it on the highway. Then again, it was designed with city driving in mind. I give it an 8 simply because it is environmentally friendly (but I would never own one... I prefer my horrible gas-milage getting, ozone layer depleting, loud as hell Mustang!!) Woot woot! |

As far as I'm aware the Smart car is currently only available as petrol or diesel but an electric version is being worked on. (feel free to correct me if I'm wrong!)
I kind of agree about French cars being a bit on the shit side.. but the are cheap affordable transport for millions of people and hugely popular over here with young drivers who fit them with ridiculous body kits etc... Time to start a topic about the French I think! |
