Default Take That party becomes a crowd as deteriorating pop star claws way back into lineup.
Robbie's rejoined Take That.

Everything was going really well for them since they became an MOR pop foursome, I wonder what Robbie will actually bring at this stage. I'm sure they'll still be hugely successful, but adding someone whose recent credits include Rude Box and the singles from his last album sounds like a recipe for lolz. Because while Take That have gotten BETTER over time, Robbie has gotten significantly worse and CAN NEVER TOP NO REGRETS.

I kind of forgot Take That existed until today when I saw a story about Robbie. We never heard much of them over here other than "Back for Good."

It seems to me like Robbie must be a difficult person to work with.

I think the thread title is correct - he clawed back into it. 2006 = Take That comeback year, Robbie nadir. He must have been jealous, non? I too wonder what Robbie can bring. They had a successful thing going. Obviously I don't think Robbie's return is going to do them any harm commercially but we will see. Didn't Howard and Jason get to sing some lines on the newer stuff? Maybe Robbie's return will flatten them back down! (Also, Mark Owen's sex and drinking scandal seems to have been swept under the proverbial rug of late.)

I'm still far too disappointed with Mark Owen to care about Take That any more. Never got the Robbie mania thing.

Maybe he's hoping that he can garner some more success by re-joining, and will then re-leave hoping for the same success. I think he's being a bit of a parasite.

I had no idea that Take That had a comeback! It still boggles my mind how sometimes UK acts can just go completely unnoticed in the US.I actually am a bit excited for this, as they were my favorite boy band back in the day. I even bought Gary Barlow's solo album and of course, loved most of Robbie's stuff. You can contribute that to me being part 12 year old girl if you must.

When i think of the new takethat, I consider them proffesional, mature, they know what theyre doing, and they dont shove it in your face.

When I think of Robbie Williams, I think of him high on drugs paralytic in a field at glastonbury, or infront of a crowd of reporters declaring he has the biggest cock in britain.
