In any case, what kind of first world country do you claim to live in if you can't get your hands on alcohol at any time?

Hell even back in rural nowheresville, all the real drinkers had a cab driver they knew that was able to sell to them out of the trunk of their car. Selection was limited and the markup was steep but delivery was reasonably prompt I worked for a delivery company that did just this.
