Russian experts recommend the US use a nuclear explosion to stop massive off shore leak. The Russians say they used nukes to stop oil leaks at least 5 times during the Soviet period.

They aren't experts at all. Drunk editors of this paper invent stories like that themselves, without any experts. Why do you think no single name of their experts wasn't mentioned? 'cause this story is just a bullsh!t that comes from a bullsh!t paper.
