Default i have a question that i want help on..
ok first off its not really related to technology so im hoping its ok that i ask it in here... my question is: ok now im partly deaf in one ear and was wondering if i were to just wear an earplug in that ear how much of an effect will it have on my overall hearing?? like i understand i probaly wont beable to know were a sound was coming from but i already have that problem so its not really an issue im just wondering will i hear things more normal ?? because since i only hear certain pitches in my one ear it makes everything sound diffrent or i think it does and it i were to plug that ear will i hear things more twords the normal level?? i could get this fixed but also if its not relly gunna make anything sound diffrent i wont do it and sound positioning isent someing i really care to have as i have goten by just fine with out it so far....

There are a few medical people here, but I think you're going to have to speak to a specialist - he/she will b able to see where the damage is and make an informed assessment of what advantage you may gain from a hearing device.

oh well i know what the problem is and i doubt it has changed in the last few years but its getting more noticableer if thats even a word... but the surgery to do it sounds scary because they have to go in my ear and drill a hole in one of the bones and put a springy thing in it to help the bone vibrate better like it should... my bone is to dense is what they say...
