It's better than "American Dad".

There's a Simpsons coming up soon that was written entirely by Seth Rogan of Knocked Up/40YO Virgin/Superbad fame.

The Simpsons should have died after 2001.

I'm with Elok. King of the Hill was quality; maybe not as wacky as some of Fox's other offerings, but it's a good show.

Clearly inferior to Futurama, but that's true of every cartoon aired on Fox since it was cancelled. Can't wait for the new Futurama movie next week!

King of the Hill wasn't bad. At least it didn't need to be constantly "blue" or disgusting like Family Guy does. And American Dad is horrible. And The Simpsons was over way before 2001. And Furturama is over-rated.

Best seasons:

King of the Hill: 2-4
Simpsons: 5-10, 12-14
Family Guy: 3-4, mid-6-current (they have plots again)
American Dad: almost everything since early in the 3rd
Beavis & Butthead: All

I think they got new writers or something. The shows have been pretty stupid the last few years.

King of the Hill was good. Maybe more funny to foreigners than it was to locals?

King of the Hill's humor was along the lines of Seinfeld; It was a good show, animations were also very well done. Of course, I only saw perhaps the first 3 seasons, after that I never got the chance to watch. I should pick it up again.

In that sense I viewed it as anything but right-wing.

It only is if that's what you're actively looking for going in.

Well who cares if it is right wing propaganda? How many shows out there are complete 100% liberal propaganda? The liberal agenda is being flung at you from every direction & most people have no clue what they are watching is slowly turning them into a liberal. I'm glad it's off the air because it blows & no other reason.
