What country is your home institution from, where did you study at, and for how long?
I'm from the States and I'm considering dong a semester at the University of Cape Town. Studied there for 3 weeks in May and had a good time, plus the situation of the city would fit well with my area of studies (urban studies, economics). |

From my experiences and those of my friends: It's hard not to get laid when studying abroad. Other than that, I have no advice because I have no idea how good the school is or how it will actually help your education or career. Just have a plan for getting a job once you graduate (make contacts and friends) and if this helps then go for it. If you want life experience any trip abroad that is out of your comfort zone will help you mature like you couldn't imagine. The more different the culture and whatnot from your own the more growth. Every experience should be a learning experience. yadadada
