I think people should require a license to fly on planes. Easy to get for the first time, but if you screw up like these two, it is revoked for N years.

Likely they were catered to all their lives by parents who gave their little darlings everything they wanted.

Greek, Austria, Germany or UK? I believe it is Greece, the country they left. From what I recall of customs rules, you are considered to be in the country you left until you pass customs in the new country (though on the ground I suspect you'd be subject to their laws anyway).

They must be daughters of the elite. Next time they should just tell them how to open the door.

Send them back to Greece. I've heard heterosexuality is rife in Greek prisons

Well, with the obesity on the rampant, two british chicks could probably do that, though, your number only applies for inward opening doors - outward should probably demand less. The outwardly opening doors on all jetliners work on a "plug" principle -- they pull in, then they swing open. They won't "pull in" at high altitudes, and therefore they won't open.

Cargo doors are a different manner, but they are not accessible by passengers.
