Greek, Austria, Germany or UK? I believe it is Greece, the country they left. From what I recall of customs rules, you are considered to be in the country you left until you pass customs in the new country (though on the ground I suspect you'd be subject to their laws anyway).

Well, with the obesity on the rampant, two british chicks could probably do that, though, your number only applies for inward opening doors - outward should probably demand less. The outwardly opening doors on all jetliners work on a "plug" principle -- they pull in, then they swing open. They won't "pull in" at high altitudes, and therefore they won't open.

Cargo doors are a different manner, but they are not accessible by passengers.
