Does Windows still do that thing where you have to insert the disc if you want to change the system language?
And then, when you want to change the language, it used to give you the list of available languages in the currently selected system language. To give you an idea of how retarded that is, imagine trying to change a Japanese install of the OS to the English system language, when you know where the language preference pane is, but the list of languages are all in Japanese characters. Whoever designed that needs to spend eternity being raped by rabid donkeys. |

I'd prefer it install the language I choose at install time, then optionally download or install other languages from discs. Windows Update hosts language packs as well. |
