The weird thing is that one restraint where the restrained person is held on the floor with the arms around their back was only allowed for a while, but with one very necassary restriction; they could only be restrained like that for 45 seconds, and that it could only be used as that person was put into seclusion (locked room with nothing in it). I've been trained to use it, but tbh I'm kind of worried what the new method is going to be...
