Instead of a $3000 fine they should have gotten a fine so large that they lost every thing they own, including the shop, then imprisoned for endangering public health and any other charge imaginable. Make it so damn harsh that no one ever does similar again.

I think you're massively overreacting here, Oerdin... particularly as you don't know the details. If there were intent, then perhaps i'd support a more harsh fine, but with no intent, it's quite possible that it was entirely accidental. For that matter, it could easily have been a disgruntled employee... or a prank by the delivery driver, or some other person, say if the delivery driver left the car for a different delivery.

They should maybe have investigated it more, and maybe closed down the store for a bit. I wonder if it will stay popular?
There was a taco bell in Oregon that had feces mixed with the beans one time (stupid employees), it stayed open and a couple of my siblings have eaten there since (I ate there many years before). JM |

JM They took 18 MONTHS to finish this, why do you presume they did not thoroughly investigate this? The fact that a newspaper article may not have included all of the pertinent details should not shock anyone... |
