Millennium 2.2:
A remake was released in 2006 to the Retrogaming community as an entry to the Retro Remakes competition.[1] http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Millennium_2.2

Commanding a five-person gunship, you had to search out mysterious raiders who came hurdling out of hyperspace to attack freighter convoys; you had to keep the lid on a potential civil war between ranchers and farmers on one of the planets, each of who thought the others was behind the raids; you had to investigate the massacre of scientist on the ice-planet research station; and look into the mindless human drones who puttered about in three gigantic towers which were build millenium before by a long forgotten race.

It was a wonderful game. http://www.discussworldissues.com/fo...lies/heart.gif

The "Jupiter Incident" or some such was limited to the solar system I think.
