They sell these things that make water/ocean sounds and sometimes forest sounds for people who can't fall asleep in complete silence.

Is there a program that does that or a place where I can download sound files with that?

It would be cool to have realistic NYC Subway sounds...

I believe its called Ambient Sleeping Music... I can't find one for free!
