so far I'm loving my pda

got a hp ipaq rx1950 from circuit city for $200 (open box) and paid $44 more for a 2 yr warranty. also bought a 1gb sd card for $20.

this is my first pda and its very useful. was thinking of buying a laptop but didn't want to spend too much mulah and found patient tracking programs for windows mobile so I can use it for work.

hooray for tax refund!

I take it you are using Wifi to connect to the internet?

yes I'm connected by wifi

was thinking of getting a smartphone but I like my small cell phone in my pocket and I don't bring my pda everywhere

I wanted to get a PDA a while ago, but skipped because I didn't really need it.. It's still a very cool gadget though [thumbup]

Same here, just got it a week and a half ago. I picked it up from my friend for $150 cuz it has a busted voice recorder button and 'Z' key on the keyboard. I love having internet everywhere. I get my email and got a weather app for the today screen that updates every 30 min. Now all I need to do is find a cheap enough GPS to use with it, and I won't really have to bring my PDA with me anywhere.

I picked up a holox 32 satellite GPS for about £30, which is pretty cheap. Use it with my UK version Xda mini II. Works a treat.
Hate the camera though, its utter shite. Certainly after the wonderful cam my K750i had.
