You should add a bit more infomation to what you want:

Smartphone or fashion phone?

Do you want cam and video functionality? If so what specs?
Do you want GPS?
Do you want 3G and high speed data access?
Do you want mp3/radio functionality?

How much do you want to spend?
Do you want contract?
Do you want pay as you go?

Yeah good point.

It will be a free upgrade phone. I'm not interested in an internet phone, but I do like phones I can mess with (themes etc) and I like having a good camera.

If ya wanna look cool the get the W880i
If you want a good camera K800i or K810i
if ya want style Samung U600 thou looks abit girly
If you want agro then any Nokia N series should give you plenty.
