Good on ya mate! I've never smoked, but with the smoking ban coming soon in England, alot of my mates are trying to give up and I know how hard their finding it.

it is not easy thats for sure. i cant really think of quiting anything else that has been quite like this. quiting soda was tough but man, it was cake compared to this.

god i want a smoke now thinkin about all this.... mmmm.

but instead i might just snack on an apple or something.

That's quite a spin [rofl].

Anyways I don't smoke. I don't really understand the logic behind it. Not healthy, expensive, smells bad, annoys other people ect. I did try it a couple of times but didn't get into me.

On the 18th of February 2007 I bet with a buddy of mine that I can smoke. He has known me for 13 years (since 14) and has never seen me smoking even though all my friends started smoking at around 16 y/o. So the bet was if I light a cigarette and smoke it he'll quit smoking for a month. Well I did, and he hated the moment he agreed to the bet from the moment I started "enjoying" the smoke [rofl].

Poor guy suffered the first week or so, but got used to it. He didn't smoke the whole month and after. Though he started again, but a couple a day, still nothing from 1.5 to 2 packets a day. I did a small bad thing for a larger good [thumbup].

Unfortunately, a 1080 still brings you back to zero, suggesting that you are still smoking and don't realize it. 1080=(360*3) 360=0 1080=3(0) My suspicion is that you're spinning around three times, getting dizzy, falling over and losing most cognisant awareness. You're probably lighting up during the recovery phase, and the smoke is all but exhausted and flicked away by the time the flow of normal reasoning re-enters your mind.

Tough break.

GJ bro! Just make sure that if you start to snack a lot (from not smoking) that you're eating healthy stuff, like the apples you mentioned. A lot of people who quit smoking overeat (typically junk food) and end up getting overweight. It's happened to a few of my friends...

Gratz!

Buddy at work stopped smoking but now eats 24/7 but i think whatever gets you over the initial stages is fine just as long as you give the snacking up after your home dry
