Why can't I manipulate it?!
 

It's only 600 kB compressed, but if you want to manipulate it with a program like Paint it needs to be uncompressed by the program in question, in which case it's suddenly 210 MB (in PSP at least). It doesn't surprise me one bit that that's too much for a crappy editor like Paint, get a real graphics program http://www.discussworldissues.com/fo...ilies/wink.gif
