Yeah, I was talking to someone at work about GSK's guidelines on this matter, and they mentioned that on someone's birthday card you should avoid joking about their age. I see the PC bandwagon is rolling into town again...

As much as I find the whole workplace birthday acknowledgement routine tedious, I'd rather have it than a ban on it.
