I know, I was referring to NYC in particular.

I like German food and I am a fan of German, and related beers. You try to look up "German Restaurant" on any search site for NYC and you get 2.

Hell, look up any other and you will find more than that!!!!!

I am just disappointed that the melting pot seems to leak a lot sometimes....

I know of three biergartens in Manhattan. There are two locations of "Hallo Berlin" which is pathetically mediocre, in my opinion. Zum Schneider in Alphabet City, however, is fantastic. Supposedly there are some decent ones in Queens. There are also a couple highly-recommended Austrian restaurants in the Village.

I think most of the Germans moved out to PA, and took all the beer and Brat with them...

no, i think of the germans who can speak german, so the germans who were still born in germany!! ;-)

And there are alot of them in the US!
