Default ITV HD on Sky HD
ITV HD isn't normally available on Sky but using this technique you can get it...if you have the new HD EPG. Unfortunately none of the Sky+ features will work with it (you can't live pause or record it etc.)

I'm still waiting for the EPG update, but i have a feeling the Samsung boxes are going to be last. ITV HD will be handy for the football but apart from that it doesn't look like it shows much.

We got the new EPG a week or two ago. One thing I don't like about it is that it's a lot slower than the old one.

I've heard a lot of mixed views on this. Half the people are saying their box got faster, and the other half saying it got slower. My Samsung is quite laggy on the old EPG but i've heard the Samsungs are supposed to get a bit of a speed boost when they are updated so i'm not complaining!

The final today looked awful on ITV HD, nothing more than upscaled SD with edge enhancement.
