So, i bought a printer off ebay:

Unfortunately, its not really in good working order, as it makes a loud grinding noise, and then blinks error lights. Given that I cannot get it to work, I may as well be DOA, and the seller says he will accept returns on DOA. Now, I am about to email him telling him this, but should I also open a Paypal dispute, or should I wait for his response? It has been a while since I have had an issue, and I don't really want to mess it up. ...
