Here is a YT Video from Michael Badnarik. For those unfamiliar, Badnarik is a constitutional scholar, and the Libertarian Party's candidate for President in 2008. He wrote a book called Good to be King--that reflects his view that America was the first and only country where the people were sovereign--where every man was a king. Here he talks about sovereignty.
