As much as I love irony, I doubt the vast majority pick on the irony of such a statement coming from one seeking to become CinC of the world's most power (think 'shock and awe') empire ever, one based entirely on violence (culture of death) as a way of life.

Russia better watch it or the US will be in there destabilizing Russia like we've been destabilizing country after country in the Middle East and Africa...for stability reasons of cource.
