As Rep. Stenny Hoyer (D-MD) attempted to call for a vote to extend a payroll tax cut to middle class and working Americans, I was under the impression that they already did all this already. We could ask why the Senate Republicans are such cowards though.

Senate, not the House.

The House passed a year long extension of the tax holiday. The Senate for an inexplicable reason decided to pass a two month extension that experts say is unworkable.
