I was watching this story on TV and they gave the source of the story and so I thought I'd share the youtube version of it.
Basically it outlines quite a worrying prospect that around 1500 737NG aircraft are affected by parts that fit to the fuselage of the plane that could potentially give way due to negligent engineering done by an outsourced company. Also the gross negligence by Boeing themselves to cover up the issue. 3 crashes in recent times of the 737 are believed to be caused by this issue, and more could happen as the parts seem to take some time to fatigue around the 8 year mark. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IaWdEtANi-0 It was highlighted on the Australian TV airing that Qantas and Virgin have aircraft that could be affected.
