Another visitor.....
Here is a shrew that was hanging out in my Cutchogue yard for a few days. I think it finally decided to leave after my son pet it...its a northern short tailed shrew. While they are very common here, its very rare to see them out in the open like this...usually they stay underneath dead leaves. It would work its way across the lawn, continually stopping to find bugs to eat. take care, Erichttp://img337.imageshack.us/img337/8624/cimg3719zy7.jpg

AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAGGGGHHHHHHHHHHH!
Atack of the killer shrews!! |
Eric, if you send me the photos you would like to post, I'd be happy to resize them and send them back to you. I'd change the name so the resized one wouldn't overwrite your original file. I also won't keep them on my computer.

Thanks....I just don't understand why Imageshack is so inconsistent. Sometimes the directions are there and i can easily re-size them. Other times I can basically do a big shot or a thumbnail. I hate thumbnails (sorry folks who post them....no offense intended) and i actually like seeing the huge pics (but not on this one!!!), but my goal is to size them at 800...why is imageshack so inconsistent? Sorry to say, I don't have trouble with Imageshack, I always get 4(?) choices.http://www.discussworldissues.com/fo...s/confused.gif There are times it's slow to load, otherwise I find it easy & consistent.

You might like to try flickr.com instead...

Very cool that you got to see him and take a picture. By the time I would have gotten my camera out, the thing would have fled...http://www.discussworldissues.com/fo...llinghappy.gif
