hmmm.... for some reason the site has been down for at least a day. can't get to windy hill either as i think they're hosted by orchidmall.com...

Been down for at least 2 days!
Hopefully will be back soon and not gone for good.
Many sites can be accessed direct, but some like you said may be hosted by OM.
